1. Delivery Coverage
Jaman Autos is based in Dhaka and may arrange delivery to different areas across Bangladesh, subject to courier availability and order confirmation.
Delivery options and charges will be confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, and other operational factors.
Estimated delivery time will be shared with the customer before or after order confirmation where possible.
3. Delivery Charge
Delivery charges are not fixed for every order. Charges may vary based on location, product size, product weight, packaging requirements, and courier cost.
The final delivery charge will be confirmed before the customer completes the order.
4. Order Confirmation
Before dispatch, Jaman Autos may confirm product details, vehicle compatibility, price, payment method, delivery address, and customer contact information through WhatsApp, phone, or another available communication channel.
Orders may not be dispatched until the required details are confirmed.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to provide accurate name, phone number, address, vehicle information, and part details when placing an order.
Jaman Autos may not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
6. Receiving the Product
Customers are encouraged to check the package condition at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, missing items, or any delivery-related concern, the customer should contact Jaman Autos as soon as possible with clear photos or videos.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, refusal to receive, or other customer-side issues, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Important Note
Delivery is subject to product availability, courier availability, and final confirmation by Jaman Autos. Jaman Autos reserves the right to delay, cancel, or modify a delivery arrangement if necessary due to circumstances outside normal control.
