- The product received does not match the confirmed order.
- The product is damaged during delivery and reported with proof.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, where applicable.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Items That May Not Be Eligible
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, installed, opened, damaged, or altered.
- Electrical or electronic parts once opened or installed.
- Lubricants, fluids, sprays, or chemical products once opened or seal-broken.
- Special-order products sourced specifically for a customer.
- Products ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Products without original packaging, label, barcode, or required proof.
- Products damaged after delivery due to handling, installation, misuse, or storage.
3. Fitment and Compatibility
Auto parts may vary based on vehicle brand, model, manufacturing year, engine type, chassis number, grade, market version, and part number.
Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm compatibility with Jaman Autos before ordering. Jaman Autos may ask for vehicle information, old part photos, or part numbers to help reduce the chance of wrong orders.
4. Reporting an Issue
To request a return or exchange, the customer should contact Jaman Autos through WhatsApp, phone, Facebook, or the Contact page and provide:
- Order details
- Customer name and phone number
- Product name
- Reason for request
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Any relevant part number or vehicle information
5. Inspection and Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Jaman Autos. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Jaman Autos may inspect the product condition, packaging, order details, and customer-provided information before making a decision.
6. Exchange Process
If an exchange is approved, Jaman Autos may provide the correct replacement product, subject to stock availability and price difference where applicable.
If the replacement product is unavailable, Jaman Autos may suggest an alternative option or another suitable solution.
7. Delivery Charges for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange delivery charges may depend on the reason for the issue.
If the mistake was caused by Jaman Autos, Jaman Autos may assist with the exchange process. If the issue was caused by incorrect customer information, change of mind, or customer-side mistake, additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund method, timeline, and deductions, if any, will be confirmed after approval.
9. Important Note
Jaman Autos reserves the right to refuse return, exchange, or refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions or where the product condition cannot be verified.
